About the Contest
The OC Battle Royale contest is designed for visual artists. The goal is to allow newer or struggling artists who do not have a digital tablet to show off their creativity for a chance to win a Wacom Bamboo Create tablet! There are two levels to the contest: one for the tablet that is closed to any professional artist or artist who already has a tablet and another level for all artists regardless of skill or equipment.

THAT contest right there can make that dream a reality! The OC Battle Royale Contest has started! Not only am I a judge, but I am putting up a tablet to win plus $50 cash! There are two levels to compete in... one for the tablet and one for the cash. See which level you qualify for! And spread the word about the contest! There is over a month to create your OC as the contest won't close until June 20th! And if you qualify to complete for the tablet, you CAN also create a second entry to compete for the $50 cash! So don't delay. Spread the word and get started!

So busy!

I sound like a broken record, but it is true. Thankfully, I have some awesome admins in my groups who are helping to handle the duties I carry while I am uber-busy. At work, we have the Relay coming up, company picnic, several wellness events, etc... plus lots of work and doing quite a bit of overtime too... It is a lot to prepare for and be present for and it could arguably be the last time I am able to do as much as I normally do before Emma is born. So, this weekend, next week, and next weekend too, I will be primarily away from deviantART. I will be hopping online to check notes, the Wacom contest, and field any questions my temps filling in for me in my groups have, but that is pretty much it. The best way to get a hold of me on dA right now is to send a note and NOT hold your breath. I am hoping to be on just enough to answer everyone within a day or two, but please understand that between work, overtime, charity events, and doctor appointments that I just won't be available much for the next two weeks.
